It’s a free addon that works alongside PDFDraft. Both need to be installed and active, together with WooCommerce. Once they’re all running, go to PDFDraft → Settings → WooCommerce to get started.
When you design your invoice template, you place special fields on the canvas for things like customer name, order items, and totals. When a real order comes in, those fields are replaced with the actual order data before the PDF is generated.
